'Yoga for Beginners'

4 Week Course

 

This is an ideal way to begin your  practice and discover Yoga in a safe and fun space.

The 4 week course builds week by week and introduces you to the foundational postures, healthy alignment, breath practices and mindfulness/relaxation techniques.

You will receive personal attention from an experienced teacher giving you a strong, firm foundation from which to develop.

I would highly recommend Claire’s beginners course if you are trying yoga for the first time, getting back into it after a break or like me had just never learnt the key principles.

I enjoyed how the course built, week on week so you came away having learnt a number of flows and the ability to take it at your own level, stretching your own body and challenging yourself when you were ready.

I will definitely be back on the mat in one of Claire’s classes!
