Hi I'm Claire, 

And I am passionate about helping you take time out from your crazy busy life to reconnect back to your body and mind and improve the quality of your life for longer. 

My passion is Vinyasa Flow Yoga which is a dynamic fluid practice linking movement to the breath. I create intelligently sequenced classes which focus on functional movement, helping you move out of your habitual movement patterns and build a balance of strength and flexibility in your body. 

While encouraging you to challenge yourself physically, I use present moment awareness to help you to reconnect back to your body and mind and bring a true sense of mental calm.

A dynamic class tailored specifically to runners to increase your flexibility, alleviate tight spots,

build strength and improve your balance which means;

Quicker Recovery,

Fewer Injuries,

Faster Runs!

I hold this class once a month on a Wednesday at 8-9pm

All classes are mixed level classes suitable for all levels from beginners to more experienced,

unless otherwise stated.

I offer modifications throughout to accommodate this
