You learn new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress.

"I take a weekly Saturday morning class with Claire and it's the perfect way to start the weekend in the best way. 

Claire makes sure that we're working at the right level for us which means that I always feel that I'm getting what I need from the class - some weeks that might just be to know that I've made it on to the mat and taken an hour for myself. 

I can't recommend yoga with Claire enough - that I'm on the mat at 8am every Saturday is testament enough to how much I value her classes."

"Claire's men's yoga classes are excellent. 

They are well structured and thought out.

Claire has a great rapport with the group, ensuring a fine balance of learning and development whilst not over stretching your body, as well as managing the old (and new!) sports injuries.  

The classes also allow for some 'me' time and that's a great thing given the daily routine. 

After one term, I can see and feel the improvement in my body - even being able to touch my toes which I have never been able to do.
