Slow, rhythmic movement linked with the breath releases built-up tension and brings your body into the present.
🌬️ Breath is the bridge.
Gentle breathwork slows the heart rate, balances the nervous system, and helps the body shift into rest-and-digest mode.
🧠 Stillness is where the magic happens.
As awareness softens, your body slips into what scientists call the “blue mind state” - the deep rest where real repair and recovery happen.
Even dipping into this state for moments at a time lowers stress, rebuilds resilience, and teaches your body how to rest again.
Done regularly. Not perfectly. Not for an hour.
