WHAT YOGA GAVE TO ME
Hi, I’m Claire
My commitment and love of yoga have been one of the most positive turning points in my life. Trained to an advanced level, for me, yoga is and will always be a journey of continual learning, both as a yogi and a teacher.
I have first-hand experience of how yoga can help with burnout and believe it can open to inner peace and physical resilience. Our lives are filled with a mountain of tasks, a million things to think about. Through yoga, you can step into a peaceful state of being. Slow down, reconnect, move your body, breathe and take back control of your life.
The 3 Pillar Method
1) Recognise
Coming out of autopilot and reconnecting with your body and mind
This first pillar is about slowing down enough to notice what’s really going on - in your body, your breath and your mind.
You’ll build self-awareness and the skill of interoception through movement, breath and mindful pauses, learning to recognise:
when you’re stuck in constant “go mode”
how stress shows up in your body and breath
physical niggles, imbalances and habitual movement patterns
emotional and nervous system triggers before they spiral
Transformation:
From living on autopilot → to pausing, noticing and responding with awareness.
2)Regulate
Calming the nervous system and restoring the body through movement
Once you can recognise what’s happening, we focus on regulation and restoration.
You’ll learn how your nervous system works and how to support it using a simple, effective bridge of:
body → breath → stillness
Movement plays a central role here. Through functional, nourishing practices you’ll:
calm stress and overwhelm
restore balance to the nervous system
move out of habitual patterns that create tension
build strength that supports your body now and into the future

From feeling wired, wiped out or dysregulated → to calmer, steadier and more supported in your body.
3) Rebuild
Creating habits, strength and boundaries that last
The final pillar is where everything comes together.
With your body calmer and your awareness sharper, you’ll begin to rebuild in a way that’s sustainable for real life. This includes:
creating habits that actually fit your routine
setting boundaries without guilt
developing self-compassion instead of self-criticism
This is about strengthening your foundations - physically, mentally and emotionally - so balance isn’t something you chase, but something you live.

Most practices are pre‑recorded so you can press play when it suits you. There is one live call each week (replay provided).

Yes. Sessions are 10–30 minutes. You’ll get a weekly plan so you know exactly what to do.

Absolutely. Options given for different bodies and energy levels.

You’ll have access to recordings, so you can catch up anytime. Also, as part of the 8 week programme, we have 2 implementation weeks (conveniently arranged around school holidays!) where you can catch up and integrate everything we’ve covered.

A mat is plenty. A cushion and blanket are helpful for restorative sessions.
