  • Most practices are pre‑recorded so you can press play when it suits you. There is one live call each week (replay provided).

  • Yes. Sessions are 10–30 minutes. You’ll get a weekly plan so you know exactly what to do.

  • Absolutely. Options given for different bodies and energy levels.

  • You’ll have access to recordings, so you can catch up anytime.

  • A mat is plenty. A cushion and blanket are helpful for restorative sessions.
