Hi, I’m Claire
My commitment and love of yoga have been one of the most positive turning points in my life. Trained to an advanced level, for me, yoga is and will always be a journey of continual learning, both as a yogi and a teacher.
I have first-hand experience of how yoga can help with burnout and believe it can open to inner peace and physical resilience. Our lives are filled with a mountain of tasks, a million things to think about. Through yoga, you can step into a peaceful state of being. Slow down, reconnect, move your body, and breathe.
