A mix of simple journaling, breathwork, gentle movement and mindful moments - all 5–15 minutes and designed to fit easily into real life.

Everything is intentionally short, achievable and flexible, so you can finish the week feeling successful, not overwhelmed.

Hi, I’m Claire

I’ve been where you are - running on empty, juggling all the plates, feeling like January arrives before you’ve even caught your breath.

Yoga changed that for me.
