FAQs

  • Not at all! These classes are open to all levels. You’ll be guided with clear instructions and given options to modify or deepen your practice based on your needs.

  • Classes are based in Vinyasa Flow — a dynamic, breath-centered style that builds strength, flexibility, and focus. Some sessions may target specific areas like shoulders, hips, or core. There are also plenty of more restorative options.

  • Just a yoga mat and comfortable clothes. Props like blocks, a strap, or a blanket are helpful, but not required — you can use household items as substitutes too!

  • When you sign up, you will create your own username and password which you can use to access The Yoga Hub anytime, anywhere. Your practice, your pace, your space.

  • Please check with your doctor before starting. I offer modifications throughout, but it’s important to listen to your body and practice safely.

  • There is a whole range of classes from 5 to 60mins so there is something there for everyone and every mood, whether you need a quick stretch or a full flow.

  • The current membership is based solely on prerecorded classes but I hope to start running some live classes in the near future dependent on demand.

  • Yes! You’ll be invited to a private community whats app group (optional) to connect with other yogis, share progress, and stay inspired.

  • Yes you can cancel your membership any time via your account settings. Your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

  • Yes, you'll have personal support from me. Prior to joining, if you have questions please email me at claire@clairelinnellyoga.co.uk . After joining you'll be able to DM me directly via the community whats app group.

  • Yoga has the biggest impact when it becomes a regular part of your life — but that doesn’t mean you need to roll out your mat for an hour every day. In fact, little and often is the secret to making yoga a lasting habit.

    I always remind my students: 10 minutes is better than none. Even short, consistent practices can make a huge difference, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or if you do other workouts like running or cycling.

    And of course, if you’ve got time for longer sessions — that’s a bonus! But never underestimate the power of a quick stretch, a mindful breath, or a few moments to reconnect with your body throughout the day.
